Wayne King's Art on Exhibit in Lincoln Aug 2-30, 2017

August is the second month of a two month exhibition of images by Rumney-based artist Wayne King.
The exhibit features some of King’s most popular images including Alton Washday and Wonalancet Mindscape.

Using digital enhancement, handcrafting, painting, and sometimes even straight photography, King seeks to take the viewer to a place that is beyond simple truth to where truth meets passion, hope and dreams.

A community reception is scheduled for Friday August 18 from 6pm-8pm at the library.

This image captures the imagination of viewers beginning with a sweeping view of lupine in a carefully trimmed field. The sweep of the lupine leads the viewers eye to the chapel that lies in the upper right hand of the image.
